Founder
Ruby Deyong Andrews
Since graduating with first-class honours from Chelsea College of Art and Central Saint Martins London, creativity was the through-line that guided Ruby into advertising and social media. Her experience spans tech, AI and consumer brands, where her academic and creative instinct shapes how she uses social to build equity for brands.
Over the past decade, Ruby has worked across startups, agencies and global organisations, gaining a breadth of experience powered by curiosity and a constant drive to learn and do more.
After years defining social strategies within organisations, she stepped away to create a leaner and more agile operating model, one she wishes she had when she was brand-side. Fewer approvals, quicker decisions and agile delivery. Ruby has little time for overcomplexity and persistently pushes a message of simplicity, helping clients navigate social with clarity and speed.
Today, she assembles bespoke teams from a network of social specialists, aligning expertise to each client’s unique business needs.
